Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Modern lift took us to 4th floor and a large double aspect room (402) with desk and easy chairs and table. Large bathroom with good shower. Located in centre of town it was in easy reach of the Basilica which was our prime reason for visiting. Breakfast was self service in the large dining room with plenty of choice and even provided tea pots and small milk jugs not often found in continental hotels. Well done! Although at first sight it appeared to be like a 'Commercial' hotel it was easily the best of the six places we stayed at during our trip. Having private secure parking was an added bonus.

The hotel is perfectly located, 10 minutes walking from the railway station and close to Basilica and the central square. Very comfortable room with all necessary facilities, including an electric kettle to make coffee and tea. Very clean room and shower. Very good and tasty breakfast.

The staff is very friendly and stayed up later than normal hours to check us in after a late arrival. Lots of street parking that is free overnight. The room is a good size for two people. The bed is comfortable. The shower has good pressure and hot water. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants. WiFi is fast.

Lovely vintage feel to the hotel, high ceilings and great location. We had excellent twin rooms, joined by private corridor. These were perfect for a family, with kids having their own room but next door to the parents for some privacy yet with huge convenience. Two bathrooms, everything very clean.

Great location for touring the Pay D’Auge. A more traditional, less modern hotel which was nice. The restaurant. Had some very good meals there. Very good and well cooked traditional food. Went there every night of our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good service.

Clean, very comfortable hotel in a central location, ideal for visiting the sights in Lisieux. Sumptuous buffet breakfast in a typically French dining room. Very helpful staff who reserved us a parking bay in their undercover secure (CCTV) car park next door (20 euros ?). We were able to leave the car parked the following morning whilst we explored the city

The room was clean and we had enough space, the beds where comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast had a good selection and the Crescents were excellent. thankfully the restaurant is open on Sunday since there where no other restaurants that were open.

Staff excellent very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room was adequate for an overnight stay. Bathroom ok. Linen and towels are good and clean. Hotel parking needs to be booked as all hotels generally, but it was excellent and well worth spending the euros.

The location was perfect, the staff was so kind, it was incredibly clean and comfortable, the view was absolutely stunning, the breakfast was fantastic and dinner at the restaurant was exceptional. Ooh and the bathtub was an added bonus! I cannot say enough good things about my stay. 100% would stay again!
